DB211 Series High Pressure High Temperature Package Dyeing Machine

Main features:

1.     Adapting imported centrifugal pump with high performances, high efficiency and low energy consumption, it has long service life.

2.     Circulate the dye liquor flowing rate, according to different yarn and dyeing techniques, inverter control the main pump to regulate the flowing rate and save energy, thus to achieve the synchro-dyeing control.

3.     Unique designed high efficiency lie-out heat exchanger can reduce the null space of main tank and reduce the liquor ratio.

4.     Adopting newly automatic direction changing mechanism, when changing the direction without stop the dye liquor, thus increased the circulating times to achieve level-dyeing, at the same time, it will reduce the electricity consumption and prolong the service life of machine.

5.     Low liquor 1:5~1:18, it can save dyestuffs, chemicals, steam and water thus decreasing the drainage.

6.     Rapid rinsing system proving continuous cleaning, saved time and water consumption.

7.     Full automatic controlled dyeing process including feeding, water inletting, draining, temperature rising, decreasing and keeping, and the rising etc. it capable to connecting the

center control.
