DB210 Series High Pressure High Temperature Package Dyeing Machine

Main features:

1.     Adapting newly self-designed mixed-flow pump with high performances, high efficiency and low energy consumption, it solved the low lifting problem of the traditional pump.

2.     The main pump is controlled by the inverter, it can adjust the flowing according to different kind of package, thus to achieve prefect dyeing effect and save the power consumption when starting and de-loading.

3.     Unique designed high efficiency heat exchanger can save energy.

4.     Low liquor 1:6~1:10, it can save chemicals, steam and water thus decreasing the drainage.

5.     Tail end-mounted feeding system ensuring uniform feeding.

6.     Rapid rinsing system proving continuous cleaning.

7.     Full automatic controlled dyeing process including feeding, water inletting, draining, temperature rising, decreasing and keeping, and the rising etc. it capable to connecting the center control.
