Main Features:

1.      The DB230 High Temperature Yarn Braising Machine is suitable for all kinds of natural, synthetic fibre mixed yarn and superfine fibre yarn.

2.      In the condition of vacuum and low temperature saturation steam, it increase the yarn strengthen and friction, and loose the twist by heat treatment.

3.      It increases elongation at break, and decreases the warping and weaving breakages, so that to improve 10% of knitting effect and 3# of woven effect.

4.      It decreases 35% of yarn filoplume and fibre flying.

5.      Avoid the static, and decrease the fever of yarn.

6.      It decreases the shrinkage of the yarn in dyeing and improves the level-dyeing property and reproduction quality.

7.      Highly automatic, easy to control.
