Tunnel Hank yarn dryer

The Tunnel Hank yarn dryer is a series of energy saving devices developed by Wuxi Dongbao Machinery Co., Ltd. The Tunnel Hank yarn dryer which replaces the traditional design, is to provide heat saving functions at a much lower cost.

Product features:

1). Speed of main drive and the auxiliary drive is adjustable by inverter. The tunnel hank yarn dryer would apply to any hank-yarn of any drying process requirement.

2). Each unit of chamber has a separate device to control the temperature. Enabling its variation reduces to the minimal.

3). A dehumidifier, which is installed at each chamber, enables energy saving.

4). Made by stainless steel, the hank spindle has a stronger support and becomes more durable.

5). With the heat preservation cover, the furnishing of powerful blower and heat exchanger, enables the hot air permeated the hank and recycling use.

6). Cooling chamber installed at the outlet that enhance the hank-yarn humidity and cooling effect.   

7). Big fan installed at the front inlet that helps avoid the loss of heat, improving the overall performance.

8). Each unit of chamber is independently packed and installed that providing the flexibility for the expansion of chamber.

9). Special design for the movable insulated door provides the convenience of maintenance.
