The Rapid High Temperature High Pressure Dyeing Machine adopts the hydrodynamic principle,the special design can save energy, dyes, chemicals, time, space and labor cost. It can achieve the best dyeing and bleaching effects for various kinds of thin and thick fabrics.

1. Rapid dyeing system with low liquor ratio and high running speed

The fabric floats in the guide tube which full of dying liquor without contacting the inner walls of the tube. The fabric running speed is up to 650m/min without pilling. Specially designed corrugated board (W-type) of fabric store tank reduces the friction coefficient between the fabric and the inner walls, so the fabric is running smoothly in the tank, It can reduce the water consumption, the liquor ratio can adjust to 1:7~8 accordingly.

2. No crease mark and rolling selvedge

The fabric extending device extends the fabric after impacting, the fabric changes position frequently in dyeing liquor, to avoid the rolling selvedge and crease marks.

3. Low tension, High quality

The low spray pressure and large flow-quantity nozzle can reduce the fabric tension, fuzzy and yarn sliding in dyeing process, So the fabric is running smoothly and has good dyeing quality.
